Cool, clean, comfy – Quest Hotel Cebu certainly lives up to its tagline.
- Each guest room is equipped with its own split-type air-conditioning unit and one can adjust the temperature to his/her own preference.
- With Cebu’s perpetual searing heat, all common areas from the reception, lobby, and restaurant; up to the hallways leading to the rooms from the second floor up, are at a cool (I reckon) 18 degrees centigrade. We didn’t have to use air-conditioning in our room through the night!
- Spotless is the most apt word to describe the whole property! The Housekeeping team are doing a great job!
- The hotel’s contemporary in design and business-like in appearance. But somehow an air of welcome comfort and warmth permeate its nooks and crannies. This, I am keenly aware, is due to the staff’s obvious amiability and efficiency! Kudos to the following members of the staff who always make our stay pleasant and fun with their genuine service: Ervic, Riz, Joni, Neil, and Renato of Puso Cafe; Francis and Larry of Concierge plus doorman Romil; DiYon, Macky, Roy, Paolo, Jude Ariel, Pons (OJT), and Julius of the Poolside Bar!
Allow me to also add that the hotel’s Puso Cafe attracts not just its in-house guests but locals as well! Buffet’s the word everyday from breakfast, to lunch and dinner and everyone steps out of the restaurant happy! The selection always includes Japanese (sushi and sashimi), Chinese (dim sum and porridge), Continental (Roast Beef and gravy), Filipino (Adobo, Pochero, Pancit, et al), plus salad and dessert selections!
With its fantastic location in the heart of the city (right across the Ayala Center) this 3 star hotel with over 400 rooms is definitely a keeper!
